THE WORLD OF THE HIVE MIND — A SUMMARY
-
WHAT IS THE HIVE MIND?
-
In your mind, there is a hive. Not a “bee” hive, but it does buzz at times. In that hive, there lives me, All of You (Haploid), Doubts, Little Light (Trickle), False Hope (Yarrow), Hate, and Soul respectively. Does that answer your question?
-
NO.
-
Fine, then. In the hive, we all carry out different processes to keep “human” alive. Not emotional processes, though we can see what “human” thinks. Not physical, though we can see what “human” does. Not memory, no. Something deeper than you would ever think of (probably): your internal monologue. We take turns, each of us, based on the situation. Does that answer your question now?

WHERE DOES THIS TAKE PLACE?
-
In your mind. The left inferior frontal gyrus, to be specific. In Dordian’s mind. I already answered this question when I first answered #1.
-
I NEVER ASKED YOU TO. WHY ARE YOU SO ROTTEN?
-
Next question.

-
-
WHO LIVES IN THE HIVE AND HOW DO YOU ALL INTERACT?
-
Are you pulling these questions out of your discarded rays? I already answered this question. But, whatever; I suppose I will answer it again. In the hive, there lives me, Ego, though I usually go unnamed, All of You, usually referred to as Haploid, Doubts, Little Light, also known as Trickle (you, bastard), False Hope, also known as Yarrow, Hate, and Soul. We all take turns being “human” internal monologue, speaking your thoughts based on the emotion “human” conveys at that time. At times, there may be more than one of us, and in some cases we do not spawn in “human” mind at “birth.” For the ones who have us, however, we all play the same roles, even if we have different idealistics, forms, self-preservation, and such. To keep it simple, every “human” has a version of us in their mind, complete with their own sort of “personality” based on how “human” is like.

WHAT ABOUT THE PLACE THAT CREATES IMAGES IN YOUR MIND?
We don’t talk about them. They hate us. We don’t know why.
-
WHAT DOES THE HIVE LOOK LIKE?
-
Well, it’s small. Not cramped, but small. Like the size of a good two-story house if it was turned into a circle. Its lack of size is overruled by its height, however: it is tall. Almost infinitely tall, if you can imagine it. Which you probably can’t. Stupid ant’s nest doesn't know how to conjure up an image like that. Around the Hive, however, there are stairs that loop around and around the hive to the point that it’s a bit dizzying to look up. Nothing has ever made it to the top.

ANY FURTHER REMARKS?
-
…No, not really. Everything else will probably be explained with the biographies you’re going to make us do.
Though, I guess, if I do have to say something, I’d say that our lives are not as exciting as you think they are. Nor are they as dull.
